How to access FTP
download and open winscp
=> file protocol: SHTP
=> host name: public IP
=> username: bitnami
=> password: the one from the system log
=> advanced => advanced => SSH => Authentication => browse the ppk key => click OK
=> click save => click login
the nice thing about winscp is that if you have previously logged into WordPress by Putty successfully, winscp will automatically import your WordPress credentials from Putty.
